Personal development may take place over the course of an individual's entire lifespan and is not limited to one stage of a person's life.

Personal development is a way for people to assess their skills and qualities, consider their aims in life and set goals in order to realise and maximise their potential.

Therapy

Therapy (or psychotherapy, sometimes called talk therapy) is the process of working with a therapist or counselor to develop positive thinking and coping skills to treat specific mental health conditions like depression or anxiety, trauma, or simply the daily human challenges we all face.

People go to therapy for all sorts of reasons: to discuss their lives and emotional ups and downs, work out conflicts, heal from trauma, improve their interpersonal skills, or to just have a safe space to talk with someone who is not a part of their personal life.

There are also different ways to connect with a therapist — online or in-person — and modes of doing so — whether by text message, phone, or live video — to meet client needs and lifestyle. The best therapy for you will be that which most closely aligns with your reasons for considering counseling.

Therapy can be done one on one, as a couple or a family, or in group settings where there is a common goal

Having two therapists in-house who provide all the necessary support justified us developing partnerships 

with some selected expert therapists who help in all aspects of life with integrity.

Training

Training is the process of learning the skills that you need for a particular job or activity.ā€‹

ā€‹Training is teaching, or developing in oneself or others, any skills and knowledge or fitness that relate to specific useful competencies. Training has specific goals of improving one's capability, capacity, productivity and performance.

In addition to the basic training required for a tradeoccupation or profession, training may continue beyond initial competence to maintain, upgrade and update skills throughout working life. People within some professions and occupations may refer to this sort of training as professional development

Although we believe in the link between Coaching and Training, we however differentiate a life coaching session during which a coach will help you develop your skills, with a training session during which a teacher coach will teach an individual or a group topics of a specific subject.
